PSS(GB) operates a key holding service which is designed to attend a premises within 25 minutes, we investigate for intruder, problem or fire on behalf of the client, in this way you avoid the necessity to call out members of your own staff.
We can also attend an unoccupied property for the client that may be on the market for sale or a building that is empty and waiting to be moved into. This service can be used for any reason by simply calling our 24 hour control room and an officer will be despatched to the property immediately.
A detailed report of any call out or incident is then faxed or emailed through to you at the end of the call out.
