We are very familiar with the ways that the modular building industry works and the complications that are associated with the building of large scale projects, therefore this allows us to be in a position to be ready and very flexible to work around other trades as the client requires.
From single Jack Leg units and individual custodial buildings to the largest modular developments such as hospital and M.O.D accommodation and UK airport office blocks of over 500 individual units.
We currently clean stock buildings at point of construction for various manufacturers consisting of accommodation, utility, office and wet room modules.
We have in place systems that follow the whole process from construction clean right though to the installation clean on site, this means that the client knows they will have one team following their project through from start to finish.
