PSS(GB) has built up a vast wealth of experience over the past 10 years on the problems & situations that can be associated with new build property and construction site cleaning and the requirements that a client looks for when it comes to the areas of a builders clean and also final ‘Hand Over’ sparkle cleaning.
PSS(GB)’s experience in new build cleaning extends from houses and apartments to small office units and buildings through to warehouses and distribution centres over 3,000,000sq ft.
All our staff are fully trained to the minimum BICS Level 1 standard and have access to all the necessary equipment, access machinery and specialist tools and plant to complete each contract to the highest standard.
Every member of our staff holds a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card and all our plant & specialist equipment operators are trained and licensed in their particular category, eg – IPAF, PASMA, ITSSAR
Before we commence any work on a site each task and area is surveyed and assessed before any work commences and our quotations are based upon our findings and meetings with site managers.
We will always work with the client and make sure that our quotations for work come in line with the budget allowance, we can tailor make any program from a small internal clean to a large external high level clean.
